Todays workout and food

We started the day with a 45min jog followed by 30min in the gym

16:00 Time for mma class, three rounds of shadow boxing, three rounds of pads and three rounds of sparring
finished of with takedowns at the fence and rolling 3 rounds submission wrestling

19.00 grappling
short warmup, we went true escapes from side controll and some rolling in the end

begun diet bit-small-first week will be boring but but time to drop below 88kg again and maybe the sixpack wakes up again..
i dont weigh food just eat with healthy
- breakfast half bowl muesli with milk
- after training protein-drink
- lunch, a can of tuna in oil, brown rice and 4 eggs
- before training a plate of fruit banana, mango, orange
- after training protein-drink
- supper chicken,brown rice and 4 eggs
- night food plate of fruit banana, mango, orange

Rikard Nordstrand is current training here, he seems to have fun sparring Robert one of the thai trainers hehe..
