Chef Boyardee is Dead
.
Well he’s not really dead, I hope not anyways, but I have to cut weight for a tournament next month so I have to eat healthy to get in competition shape again. My problem is that I live in a town full of Mexicans…and they cook Mexican food that is delicious. (I’m half Mexican so don’t cry.) With that being said, I have to eat healthy to shed about 14 pounds in 4 weeks. I said he’s dead because I am the new chef in town, Chef Badass. hah
With trial and error I cooked my first meal from scratch today so I decided to blog about it. I have been cooking bits and pieces of meals these past few days and I finally got it right.
I cooked steamed asparagus, brocolli, brown rice w/squash, and baked cajun style catfish. I cooked for me and my sis and she said “it was the best meal I have ever had in my whole life. I wish everyone cooked half as good as you!” That’s what I’m telling myself she said anyways…
