Cael Sanderson? Never heard of…
Ever been to JJs wrestling class? For those of u who havent been there he has often mentioned Cael Sanderson many times. Coming from Sweden wrestling isnt part of our culture, there is no highschool- , college- , univeristy wrestling etc etc. But in the US he’s considered to be one of the greatest of all time. So i stumble upon his name when i was watching youtube the other day and watch few of his matches. Watching Cael Sanderson going for the same move over and over again made me think what JJ always tell us: believe in your takedowns and be committed to it.
