No rest for the wicked…
After my Saturday night BBQ Beatdown fight it was time to get straight back into training on Monday for my June 25th MMA fight on Dare Championships. I am already halfway through the week and things are coming together nicely and I am feeling good. I am currently sitting at 69Kg and only have another 3Kg to drop for the 66Kg weight limit so everthing is on track.
I have just finished my morning Muay Thai session and have a packed afternoon ahead of me. Next up is my private Muay Thai lesson with Nazee followed by hill sprints and evening wrestling with JJ Ambrose.
There is little over 3 weeks left until the fight and I am stepping up into top gear to be in the best condition for this fight.
