No more Fat Friday’s

I can’t deny it I am a sucker when it comes to junk food, anything choclate or sweet and I’m right in about it. All the food I class as good food is exactly the opposite. When it comes to training it is important to eat right and fuel your body so it can perform to it’s max.

On Friday’s I would pig out on chocolate and sweets as a treat for finishing a week of training and this is what I called Fat Friday. Now that I am training for my MMA fight on Dare Championships I have to stop my Fat Friday and eat healthier to help maximise my performance and keep my weight down. This is going to be my first time cutting weight to 65Kg and I am not looking forward to it. I have only just started and my mind is playing games with me. I can’t stop thinking of chocolate and ice cream and everywhere I go I smell all the sweet dairy counters and it drives me crazy. It doesn’t help that I have a Thai lady come around where I stay selling the best ice cream on a roll ever :)

I know it’s going to be hard but after I Win in Bangkok that will be the best reward ever for all the hard training.
