Food Glorious Food :)
This has been the first time I have cut weight for a fight. I usually walk around at 73Kg and just fight at the weight I am, which suits me fine as I can eat whatever I want and don’t have to worry about making a weight. Now understanding the sport and wanting to compete I know the importance of cutting weight. I will be fighting on DARE Championships this Sat at featherweight which is 66Kg and my first weight cut has been an experience to say the least. The hardest thing has been the diet and giving up on all the chocolate and ice cream.
In under 24hrs I would have made the 66Kg weight limit and will be able to eat a nice meal which will fill me up and enjoy a small chocolate bar. I am going to leave the Swensen’s earthquake challange until after my Victory on Sat night.
Going through the weight cut made me think of a classic episode of the TV series Friend’s
So if you are in Bangkok and see me in a Swensen’s on Sat night don’t try take some of my ice cream because MILKY DOESN’T SHARE FOOD haha :D
