Kick, kick, kick…
I am sure that there is some sort of set of rules that state that training on Saturdays should be easier then the other days of the week. There should certainly not be surprise fitness tests in the blistering afternoon heat that seem to consist mainly of an obscene amount of body kicks followed by unscheduled sparring with Awing who, as I am fairly sure I have previously mentioned, is not necessarily a nice and fluffy training partner. A good one, certainly, but not always the kindest…
apart from that, a great week of training. Looking forward to my fight on 9th July in Bali, not least because I have heard Bali is lots of fun. Mind you, I was also told that Patong is lots of fun but I can honestly say that Patong is more like a form of long, drawn out death by neon light and open sewer.
